The staff at Laundromax is excellent. They keep the laundromat clean including detailed cleaning of all the machines. Whenever a person needs help or have a question the staff helps Is always willing to help to solve the issue. Kristina was very helpful to me.

Loving the new manager and staff, it is so much cleaner inside and out! It feels much safer than it use to. In the last month this place has clean up alot!. Congratulations that new manager lady and the wonderful team she has in the store are doing an amazing job! I will now being telling any of my friends that need a go to laundry mat!

Great customer service and worker so friendly and helpful. She helped me with all my questions and what I didn't know she helped me. And there was a couple ladies that came in that was really rude and she handled herself very well. Ms. Jamie was out standing and kept her cool even in a bad situation and kept to her work. She was very helpful to me and the rest of the customers.

The staff was very helpful and mindful about helping me price how much I needed on my card to do laundry. The store was really clean. Shavonna helped me as well as the OWNER Mr.Mike was super friendly and not dismissive of me at all. Thank you for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Btw: visited on a Friday afternoon around 12:30

Jose Aponte does one hell of a job at the Clean Rite Laundry Center in Northern Lights! He stays on top of all necessary aspects of the laundry mat. Outside grounds of the business as well!

Very clean and bright.As a female I usually go pretty early in the morning, so it can feel a little uneasy sometimes. Jose A. is great though, just a calm no nonsense presence. Definitely makes for a great experience. Also the day shift staff are all very nice and helpful as well

Qua’Jenee was great. And she is always so helpful and friendly whenever I come in. She keeps the place clean and organized, and you can tell she really cares about the customers. She goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly, and she always greets people with a smile. It makes doing laundry a lot easier and more pleasant. Great customer service every time!

I recently visited this laundromat in downtown and had a great experience! The place is big, clean, and well-maintained. They're open 24 hours and have both a manager and a security guard on site, which is really nice to see, especially for a downtown location. One of the best things about this place is that all washers and dryers are 50% off every day after 10pm — a great deal if you don't mind doing laundry late at night. They have a solid selection of washers in different sizes to fit your needs: 20 lb, 40 lb, 60 lb, and 80 lb machines, plus dryers in two sizes. Whether you're doing a small load or tackling a mountain of laundry, they've got you covered. You can pay using the Laundry Cat app or pick up a laundry card at the kiosk in the back. They also have a small vending machine and a seating area so you can sit back and relax while you wait. The manager, Qua, was super helpful and made my first visit easy and stress-free. I'd definitely recommend this spot!

This place is spotless! I was hesitant about using a laundromat, but the cleanliness, modern machines, and friendly faces made it a breeze. I loved the free Wi-Fi and felt safe with the security cameras. Highly recommend for a stress-free wash!" The attendant, Kristina, was incredibly helpful, explaining the card system and even helping me load my comforter. The owners clearly care, as the machines are new and work perfectly.
